March 31, 2003 Dear Property Owner: Pleasant Grove City would like to invite you to a planning meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2003, at the Jacobs Senior Center, 242 West 200 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah to discuss possible alignments of 2000 West. The engineer and city council will be there to discuss the pros and cons of each alignment.
