Smith: As you are aware, we held a public information meeting on April 3, 2003 at the Pleasant Grove Senior Center for the 2000 West Alignment Study. During that meeting, several alignment alternatives were presented and public comment was requested. Based on the comment sheets received at that meeting, you supported Alternative B. Since that meeting, we have had several property owners directly affected by Alternative B express a desire to change their support to Alternative D. You are invited to attend a second public information meeting to review both Alternative B and Alternative D and the differences between each alternative. The meeting will be held on May 13, 2003 at 6:00 PM. The location will be in the City Council Room at 86 East 100 South in Pleasant Grove. This meeting is important for us to receive your input on the alignment study for 2000 West. We will solicit input on each alternative.
