Road planners have been thinking outside the box and have envisioned a developers paradise when the 200
West Pleasant Grove and 700 North Lindon connector arterial links come to fruition. The two roads are
each approximately one mile in length and potentially have the ability to move the traffic without the use of
I-15
The corridors are the only remaining area in Pleasant Grove and Lindon that hvae enough available
undeveloped land to support a large scale development. the building of 2000 West and 700 North is
expected to result in an overall boost to the local economy. New jobs could be created in and around the
vicinity of the proposed roadways.
